History

Alimentation was born in November 2016 from a simple idea: to offer fresh, light and tasty food every day, made with local, seasonal produce.

Today, we welcome you at our new, more intimate address at 68 rue du Page in Ixelles.

Every morning, our chefs prepare the dishes of the day and the counter salads. Our sandwiches are made in front of you, with bread from a partner Brussels bakery. Almost every day, you'll also find our roast chickens in the shop.

Our delicatessen showcases local producers and our current favourites: jams, oils, coffee, wines and beers.

We also cater many private events and business lunches, with tailor-made buffets for pick-up in the shop or delivered wherever you like.

Alimentation is part of a small family of Brussels addresses, together with Café des Spores and La Buvette.
